Reception staff were very helpful with resolving a booking issue as well as answering any questions that we had throughout our stay. Very comfortable bed. The hotel designated drivers were great. Muy buena ubicación. Todo está cerca. Muy buena seguridad y el barrio se ve tranquilo. Gracias a Carmen por su amabilidad y ayuda. De verdad todo excelente. La próxima vez que venga a Trujillo me quedo otra vez aquí.
