The bedroom features a high-quality queen bed and a small TV with a DVD player to help you wind down at the end of your day. The condo is also supplemented with a sleeper sofa in the living area for up to two additional guests. A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware and everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them in the adjacent dining area.

An inviting living area features a couch, coffee table and two extremely comfortable recliners, all centered around a new 43" SMART TV with a BluRay DVD player and an eco-friendly fireplace. From here, you can take in a cinematic view of the Pacific Ocean, the dunes, and the seabirds that flit above them. In good weather, you can adjourn to the private deck to smell the fragrant sea air. Dogs are welcome with our standard per dog, per night fee.

Booking one of our properties in Moclips Beach? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you, your friends and family to venture into.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.

During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later!

Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips Beach and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
