Après avoir réservé, nous avons essayé de contacter la résidence afin de connaître les modalités de retrait des clefs et d accès à notre hébergement. Après avoir tenté de les joindre sur 3 numéros, cette démarche est resté sans succès. Juste un appel a 19h30, pour nous informer qu ils étaient dans l incapacité de nous accueillir. Avec nos 2 enfants, nous avons dû rechercher en urgence une autre solution. Très en colère contre ce prestataire !!!
