“I had such a great time staying at this location! The property owner was an angel; she maintained great communication, left beverages and personal hygiene materials in the apartment, and was mindful to turn on the AC before arrival to have an ideal temperature in the apartment. It is located in the center of the city and near produce and clothing stores. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. We really loved this experience, and could not recommend this specific location enough! Just……

“The loft is as pictured it was a great space on the main floor however the loft bedroom if you are tall you will struggle. My husband hit head multiple times off the slanted ceiling and you basically need to duck while on the bedroom level. Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. “Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.”
