Мнение, конечно неоднозначное. Выбирали на одну ночь, переночевать для продолжения нашего путешествия. Расположение неплохое, в смысле в стороне от трассы, тихо, но нашли спустя полтора часа, после въезда в населенный пункт. Показалось, что территория немного запущена. Сама гостиница, хочется надеется имеет такой стиль ретро. В номере всего достаточно, просторный, бесплатный вайфай, камин красивый, смутило некоторое количество картин смело эротических, были с ребёнком, но внимание её не акцентировали, так что она особо на них внимание не обратила. Завтрак хороший. В целом понравилось. Много интересных вещей в интерьере, аутентичных.

On this day I would own the hotel was empty. In the morning of the meal promised I drank only coffee. I would not go back there. Cheaper price you can find better hotels

Unusual, out of the way, hotel with character

The hotel was a little tricky to find due to it being a little out of the way, but the satnav got us there in the end. Parking was easy and our welcome at the hotel everything that we would expect. The hotel is a former bordello and the decor reflects that. We stayed in a superior room and as such had a four poster bed. Inline with the hotel's former use there was a mirror on the ceiling and on the wall next to the bed. Not to everyone's taste but it added to the feel of the place. It was easy to drive into Modena from the hotel for food in the evening, something we did both nights we stayed.

Kultige Unterkunft im ehemaligen Freudenhaus!

Sehr spezielle Unterkunft im ehemaligen Freudenhaus der 20er Jahre! Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage etwas abgelegen. Leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Abgesehen davon hat es uns gut gefallen!

Veramente un hotel stupendo!

Bellissimo hotel,ho adorato lo stile già dalle foto ma dal vivo lo è ancora di più,ottimo ambiente,pulito,silenzioso e accogliente,la colazione è stata buona e abbondante,la cordialità è aktro indiscusso pregio del posto,a due passi dal centro di Modena ma in zona silenziosa e appartata per un buon relax.Quando tornerò nelle vicinanze per certo alloggerò nuovamente in questo stupendo posto !

Particolare hotel stile primi anni del 1900

Hotel immerso nel verde, lontano dal traffico, ricavato da ex casa di tolleranza dei primi del 1900, con arredi dell'epoca, molto particolare: lo consiglierei solo per togliersi la curiosita' di vedere un posto senz'altro singolare ma non per soggiorni che vadano al di la' di una notte. La camera, come dimensione, potrebbe anche andare: letto a baldacchino sopra il quale troneggia enorme specchio appeso al soffitto, pavimento in parquet, finestroni che partono dal pavimento stesso, abbastanza puliti internamente ma da non aprire assolutamente, in quanto i vetri esterni sono sporchi, presentano ragnatele, insetti e, nel mio caso, pure un nido di vespe ormai secco. Le tende troppo sottili per poter garantire il buio necessario al riposo (la mattina alle 5,30 stanza illuminata a giorno). Il bagno molto piccolo, doccia a pavimento con tenda di plastica e soffione piccolissimo decisamente datato, lavabo piccolino. La colazione scarsa e per niente fantasiosa. L'esterno da' l'idea di posto un po' abbandonato, bisognerebbe curare il verde circostante e rivalorizzarlo. Il prezzo e' eccessivo per il servizio offerto. Il personale invece e' davvero squisito, persone molto simpatiche, gentili e disponibili. Con qualche modifica, questo hotel sarebbe davvero carino e simpatico.

Couples Retreat

Awesome spot. Tons of character. Quiet, off the beaten track, but close enough to the autostrada for easy access. Couples only. Don't bring the family.

It started when we could not find the hotel, down a dark road then we saw why !!!! This hotel was previously a brothel closed down by the pope in the '50's, Someone with foresight turned it into an hotel but left all the original decor which makes for a unique experience! The breakfast was adequate. We would recommend it to friends and we would stay there again

One of a kind experience

Basically you go back in time to 1948 and it is one big Museum, but then with the maximum comfort you can reach without losing the atmosphere from then. The owners have a philosophy to show you how this "particular place of pleasure" used to look like. An experience that can not be compared with any other place / or hotel, so maybe should be on the bucked list.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte passando da Trento verso Roma i primi di gennaio di quest'anno ma ci siamo trovati molto bene anche se all'inizio non riuscivamo a trovare questo "villino" molto retrò e che ti fa fare un salto all'indietro nel tempo ritrovandoti catapultato direttamente 40-50 anni fà per l'arredamento e l'atmosfera da garconniere(assolutamente da provare). Atmosfera piacevole , riscaldamento a piacere considerando che la mattina nevicava, colazione nella norma e gentilezza nell'accoglienza è stato perfetto per visitare Modena e riposarsi bene per il viaggio ancora da fare.

Hotel antigo, bonito internamente. Localização PÉSSIMA e muito mal sinalizado. Para encontrar esse hotel é muito difícil.

Nach langem Suchen sehr zufrieden

Originelles Hotel ausserhalb der Stadt. Relativ ruhig trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn. Alles in Ordnung, aber schwer zu finden: keine Wegweiser, nur zum daneben gelegenen Restaurant 'La Piola'. Dies sollte in der Wegbeschreibung angegeben werden.

Unique place but not close to anything.

Room was very unique, staff helpful. Went to restaurant out front (not affiliated with hotel), don't bother. Service lousy and food sub standard and it wasn't cheap. Nothing else within walking distance.

Grazioso Edificio d'Epoca

Grazioso albergo in stile liberty del ventennio fascista, perfettamente conservato e curato. In realtà trattasi di casa di tolleranza dell'epoca, perfettamente conservato e molto curato. Personale dell'albergo giovane e simpatico, ma anche molto professionale.
