“Fantastic house - all as per description - with very friendly hosts. Up the hills but close to parma and Bologna (1,5 hours). Great beds and fully equipped kitchen with fantastic plancha- BBQ. “Despite the late June heatwave, we had a wonderful week in Bologna, and were delighted with our accommodation - Paolo's apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and perfectly located, just a short walk from the very centre. As other reviewers have commented, Piazza Aldrovandi gets busy at night, but for us this was one of the big attractions - you really feel immersed in the life of the city. I can't quite understand why some people have complained about the noise. The living……

“We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family.”

“We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”
