Very good accommodation experience!
Very good experience. The staff is very kind, the room is so comfortable, the location is very close to the highway and they provide lots of services that you may need, like parking, high speed wifi, breakfast, etc.

The bed was hard, and I still ache all over. The carpet in the room made it very difficult for my husband to get around in his wheelchair. The bars in the bathroom were not placed correctly.

honestly horrible experience and the front “manger” she said she was kourtney but basically I forgot my id so i she would let me get my room even though I had picture of it, then we called Expedia but they helped me change the name of the room but then she said that she didn’t get the confirmation when I have the email to prove it but she just didn’t care honestly it was very unprofessional and when we asked what we could do she was very blunt and not helpful at all but at the end of the day I found my id and got the keys will not be coming back!

Everything good except due to power outage didnt check in til 8 pm. No call from hoyel about this priblem untilbwe arrived to check in at 530 pm. Apparently power was out since that morning.

Not the best but not the worst
This place is definitely no frills and right to the point. I was a little disappointed because when I booked online the room stated I was getting a handicap accessible room (my mother has Parkinson's and can barely move, let alone walk or climb stairs. When I checked into the hotel, the check in clerk was kind and welcoming. I asked her a few questions regarding the hotel including the handicap accessible room I purchased. She said the room I paid for was not handicap and stated it was on the second floor. I explained I needed a disability friendly room and she said there were none available. I also learned we were on the second floor so, being completely exhausted and not wanting to waste any more time I asked where the elevator was located and I learned there is no elevator. I almost burst into tears but the kind woman looked and saw there was one room left on the ground floor- she said it's the "dog room" where travelers with pets stay in. I didn't see a problem; as long as it was cleaned regularly this would have to work. Pros: The room was tidy and roomy enough. The refrigerator and ac worked well plus the room was near the parking lot which greatly helped when moving my mother from the car to the room. Cons: The walls are thin and you could hear running / banging noises in the middle of the night. Also we kept getting bit by something throughout the night; it wasn't bed bugs (I looked through the mattresses for any debris) but I think they may have been fleas.

The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The property and room were very clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was in great condition and operating perfect. Very accessible from 99 and the Mexican restaurant a few doors up the road was excellent.
