This beautiful and very well equipped villa is situated in a green location and surrounded by a garden and tall trees. Spend an extremely comfortable vacation here. The rooms are bright and nicely furnished and are dominated by a pleasant, country atmosphere. You can refresh yourself in the pool during the midday heat and spend wonderful summer evenings on the open terrace overlooking the garden. The whirlpool invites you to relax and enjoy.



You will stay near the city of Modica, known for its late antique architecture and admirable churches. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and invites you for an interesting day trip.



If you feel like a change, you can drive to the sandy beach 25 km away and spend a relaxing day by the sea. Sicily invites you to an eventful vacation with its charming landscapes and ancient remains.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
