「There was nothing to like. I arrived late and the unit was not set up, there was no electricity or no water to the unit. It tool the host over an hour to get it connected. Then there was no soap, no towels, no comforter on the bed, The entry stairs were broken, the A/C was inoperable, the unit was not leveled properly, one of the utility access panels was left undone laying in the filthy floor which also had tiles peeling up. 「What an amazing piece of property, perfect base camp for our excellent weekend in Meeker. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Everything was great! The host was right next door if needed. It was definitely an older house but it had a great charm. They had plenty of amenities for use to borrow for cooking to even having a doggy door to the gated backyard. The host was really kind and responded fairly quickly to all of my questions. Was a great place to gather friends and take a well needed vacation. 」

「#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask...
