This 50 m² property with sea views features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Nice view, dirty Apartment!

The apartment has a beautiful location with a wonderful view over the beach of Puerto Rico. Unfortunately the apartment was dirty, long hair from previous tenants, paint and other stains in the bathtub, dirty sink, yellow stains on the bed sheets, towels with holes. Ants in the kitchen, in the cupboards and everywhere. Some of the furnishings are not well maintained and therefore not really comfortable. The landlord wanted to refund us money for cleaning the apartment, when we asked about the vacation he just said that he had reported it to the cleaning company and they might then refund us something. Excuses from a landlord who is only interested in making money from this apartment and doesn't really care.
