Pool was fantastic, back yard offered a lot of privacy and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped.Come prepared with a lot of slow cooker recipes as the place gets hot mid to late afternoon and you don't want to be doing too much cooking in the house to add to the heat. Would definitely like to go back. Highly recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s rental in Kailua! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which truly felt like one of the best we’ve come across in O‘ahu. Having such easy access, along with convenient parking, made our stay even more enjoyable.Scott provided beach toys, surfboards, and a cart, which made our beach days easy and fun for the whole family. Communication with him was smooth, and he was always friendly and relaxed, which gave the stay a very welcoming feel.The rental is on the top floor overlooking a road with a bit of traffic, though it was never too bothersome. There’s no air conditioning, but the natural breeze through the open windows kept things comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room, and while some things like the kitchen supplies and bathrooms could use a little update, everything was functional and met our needs.Kailua itself is a cozy town with all the shops you could want, making it easy to grab anything you need. The location also worked well for exploring the rest of the island—close enough to attractions yet still peaceful and laid back.All in all, this was a great spot for our family. I can definitely recommend the rental and the location to anyone considering a stay here, and I wish Scott all the best. We had a great time in this part of paradise! "

"Property is even more beautiful than listed. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The large open plan kitchen living and dining made it spacious to move around cooking and socializing in. The pool is perfection! Best part was how well set up with supplies and gift baskets - beach bags everywhere. It was truly wonderful. Can't say enough. "This spot was perfect for our family of 5. The recent redesign was beautiful. All kitchen appliances were brand new and top notch. The air conditioning units in each room were fully functional. The bathrooms were clean and the master has a jacuzzi bath. Bedrooms are cozy but not cramped and the kids loved the bunk beds. There is an adjacent unit in the same home and when there were guests staying there we could hear them without overhearing what they were saying. The neighborhood is about 2.5 miles from Kailua town but There is a shopping center with a Safeway, Tamuras, Starbucks and a few other restaurants about a quarter mile away. This is a great option for families looking to stay outside Waikiki "
