「A clean apartment with all essentials. Ideal for a short stay. A little run down inside and toilet seat was loose. Parking set up was a challenging with little bollards which are easy to scratch up a car on. Would have benefited from a bin in the kitchenette as I had no where to dispose of rubbish. Staff friendly. It was unclear where reception was to check in.」

「At first, there is no reception. While contacting them on the phone, they informed us that they do not find our booking. Then, they reached out via the Expedia chat to inform us that we were relocated to Palma Village Hotel with breakfast which was not good, far from the beach (which was important for us) and we had to go there by our own means. The room was not clean, the shower was broken and the maintenance guy came to fix it with an aggressive attitude. The hotel is full of insects which...
