The room is very small even for two people if you have big luggages (not a surprise though as this is AMS). The closet is just enough for a coat and a few clothes. Bathroom is tiny but efficient. I didn’t realize it did not have AC but they do have fans. Even in winter, our room got warm as it faced the sun in the afternoons (and we were lucky enough to have gotten sunny days during our stay). On the plus side, the location is prime, close to the Museumplein tram stop. You will not run out of dining options around the vicinity. Staff was kind and helpful. If you are solo or a couple with just hand luggage and staying only a few days, this is the perfect hotel for you.

Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day. Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

Room set up well, very clean with enough room to store our clothes. Decent coffeemaker. Wonderful view of canal with small balcony to sit out. Staff were excellent! Very helpful in assisting with our luggage up and down the stairs and providing good info on restaurants and nearby activities. Enjoyed breakfast and happy hour! Good location for walking to places
