Peaceful villa with great pool

Lovely pool in a quiet area. Views over golf course. Well equipped villa with plenty outside seating. Could benefit from a fan/air con.

Tranquilité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en cette période de septembre. Le lieu est très calme (un peu en dehors de la ville) avec vue sur le golf. Un logement très bien équipé avec une belle piscine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schön!

Bereits zum 4. Mal in den letzten 25 Jahren haben wir ein Haus in dieser Wohnanlage gebucht. Architektur der Häuser, die gepflegte Gesamtanlage, und die Nähe zum Strand sowie zu Läden und Restaurants (ca. 15 - 20 Gehminuten) sind unübertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Pooldeck, der Rasen und die Gartenmöbel waren gerade erst erneuert und tadellos. Der Pool selbst war natürlich ein Highlight, insbesondere für die Kinder. Fazit: Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Séjour agréable mais peu mieux faire

Maison idéalement située sur le parcours de golf , très agréable ! Cependant nous sommes déçu par les prestations de la maison, 1 seule tv pour toute la maison ,cafetière à filtre ,mobilier ancien (a part la cuisine qui est neuve ainsi que les canapés) literie moyenne ,matelas et oreillers tachés.

Superbe villa très propre avec belle piscine au calme, devant le golf. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine dans laquelle ils ont passé leurs journées et ils n'étaient pas les seuls !

Belle semaine à Moliets

Maison spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Tres bien agencée, cependant prévoir une base pour la cuisine (sel , poivre,....) Un bel extérieur avec une jolie piscine chauffée, une terrasse et un espace BBQ facilement utilisable. Compter 10 min à vélo jusqu’à la plage principale de Moliets et 10 min à pieds jusqu’à la plage la plus proche “chênes lieges” Nous avons passé une super semaine avec du soleil et sans trop de monde. (Dernière semaine de juin)

Calme et volupté, un bonheur!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec nos enfants. La maison est accueillante et propre comme sur les photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et être aussi à l'aise qu'à la maison (et même plus avec 3 toilettes ;-). En extérieur : piscine chauffée (ça c’est le bonheur) et sans vis-à-vis, transats, mobilier nécessaire aux repas, belle terrasse et jardin agréable. Nous avons profité pleinement de la plage à proximité. Merci pour les vélos mis à disposition. Le garage juste devant la maison, le calme et la situation ont enchanté nos vacances. On reviendra !

Disappointed and dissatisfied 👎

Upon arriving there was a smell of humidity, as the house had not been aired out, the pool had not been properly cleaned and a handy man arrived to within the first hour to clean it. Strong smell from the bathroom sinks we had to pour a bleaching liquid first 3 nights. Shower in main bedroom had no shower curtain, mopping after every shower also shutters were extremely dirty, and the sofa bed dusty. Around the pool deck there were a couple spots that were infested by ants. Did enjoy the spacious kitchen plenty of room to cook. Final note, shower towels were not included, for the amount we paid they should be included. Nice area, great unmanned beautiful beach, not walking distance 5 minute car drive then about 12 minute walk. Overall disappointed.

Ahhh les bonnes vacances...!

Deuxième fois que nous louons cette villa à Moliets. La situation est exceptionnelle, on peut aller à la plage à pieds ou à vélos. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse et agréable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
