Fantastic house! We enjoyed the availabity of the bikes, swimming pool and ping pong table It has every thing you need for great holidays. The house is close to the main road, so you hear the traffic when sitting outside (which was not disturbing for us, but good to know if you prefer a quiet place).

Amazing

Just returned from a brilliant week in this villa. We were so impressed with it. We have rented many villas over the years but it was by far the best. It is so well equipped, was absolutely spotless and perfect for families. We had 5 kids with us ranging in age from 2 to 8 and it was perfect for them as it's all on the one level and the property is completely secure with a fenced off pool. It is within walking distance of a big supermarket and the beach and many restaurants are nearby. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten waren bequem. Wir hätten es hier auch noch länger ausgehalten. Danke an den Gastgeber!

La villa était conforme à la description et aux photos. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine est un plus. Bien située sur MOLIETS, lotissement calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

France Landes : The place to go & the place to be !

L'annonce en ligne est très complète et décrit parfaitement la villa et ses équipements qui sont très complets, jusqu'aux loisirs en tous genres. Nous en avons profité pleinement et avons apprécié, par dessus tout, l'ambiance de cette magnifique demeure, sa terrasse, sa piscine et la climatisation, indispensable atout pour les journées chaudes de l'été. Un élément majeur n'est pas décrit dans l'annonce et est pourtant bien présent dans tous les avis laissés par les différents occupants : c'est l'accueil de Cécile et Willy. Cet accueil commence dès la réservation et se poursuit même après le séjour. C'est simple, Cécile et Willy font tout pour vous faire aimer leur maison, bien avant votre arrivée et font en sorte que cela devienne votre maison au moment de la remise des clefs. Au delà du caractère exceptionnel de cette villa et de ses équipements, il est indéniable que la qualité de l'accueil de Cécile et Willy a contribué grandement à la qualité de notre séjour. Un seul regret : il a fallu leur rendre leur maison !!! Nous reviendrons assurément. Si vous souhaitez faire un séjour dans les Landes : c'est "The place to go and the place to be" ! JLuc et toute la famille.

Maison au top

La maison correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Les équipements de la maison, la piscine, la plancha, la table de Ping Ping, les vélos …. nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour, Vraiment une villa au top!

Excellente semaine, la maison est très moderne et très bien agencée / désignée, autour de la piscine très agréable. Vélos à disposition, table de Ping Pong, plancha de qualité, très belle déco, et super communication avec Willy; petits et grands se sont régalés… Allez y les yeux fermés!

Wonderful house and pool

Beautiful house, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Lots of space and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and the bicycles. The proximity to the cycle path made it very easy to get about. Willy was so helpful recommending places to go and very prompt replying to anything we needed assistance with. Definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed.

Accueil : efficace, rapide, chaleureux La maison : magnifique et parfaitement équipée (on trouve tout !). La climatisation a été la bienvenue Localisation : à 100 m à la vélodyssée et 20’ de la plage principale en vélo (fournis) Propriétaire très disponible (il ne faut pas hésiter même pour une question simple) Bref, je recommande cette location dans une région très agréable.

Tolle Ferien in einem tollen Haus!

Die Villa 81 ist superschön und durchdacht gestaltet. Alles ist sehr praktisch, mit viel Stauraum und großen Flächen und einer sehr guten Ausstattung zum Wohlfühlen gemacht. Das Haus hält, was die Fotos versprechen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Tage verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es alles zum Einkaufen - Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Bureau du Tabac und mit dem Ti Bou auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Der Küsten-Fahrradweg ist ganz in der Nähe, Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Obwohl das Grundstück an einer Seite an der Durchgangsstraße liegt, hält sich der Verkehrslärm in Grenzen. Die Gegend um Moliets-et-Maa herum ist sehr schön, insbesondere das Naturschutzgebiet bis zum Courant d`Huchet. Moliets selbst und die dortige Strandmeile waren uns zu touristisch, da gibt es weiter nördlich schönere "Stranddörfer" und einsamere Strandabschnitte. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Wir hatten tolle Ferien!

Séjour quasi parfait

La seule petite fausse note du séjour a été lors de notre arrivée où la villa n'était pas encore totalement prête mais je ne peux que conseiller les yeux fermés cette magnifique villa qui a comblé toutes nos attentes (petits comme grands).

Unas vacaciones fantásticas

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en la casa. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca del carril bici que lleva a las playas y bosques de la zona. La casa está muy bien equipada, perfecta para disfrutar con amigos y familiares; ideal para niños. Totalmente recomendable.

Magnifique séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette villa du haut standing. La villa est impeccable, très bien équipée , avec déco design et située à deux pas des commerces, activités enfants, boulangerie. Nous avons adoré la piscine chauffée et la terrasse ensoleillée. La plage est accessible en 10 min en vélos qui sont mis à disposition. Le Adventure Parc à côté est superbe pour toute la famille. Les hôtes, Willy et Cécile, sont très attentionnés et nous ont procuré plein d‘informations pour rendre notre séjour confortable. Nous récommendons vivement cette villa pour les familles ou groupe d‘amis. On n‘y manque de rien pour les vacances relax.

Un paradis dans les Landes!

Merveilleusement située, près des commerces et des pistes cyclables, mais néanmoins très calme, cette merveilleuse maison parfaitement équipée est un véritable paradis pour les parents et les enfants. Rien ne manque et dès le 1er jour on se sent chez soi, prêts à profiter des plages, de la piscine, du ping pong et du grand confort. Propriétaire très aimable et avenant, reste à l'écoute en cas de questions. Exceptionnel!!!!
