Minutes from anywhere
- This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.
We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.
I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

I came in only for 2 days for work but I must say I will be renting at this location again. The house was nice and clean and it was a central location to my job and to multiple restaurants and it's not too far from the highway. It was also stocked with water, Pizza and other items which made it a plus.

Very Nice Accommodations!
I enjoyed my overnight stop here. The upper duplex unit was clean, quiet, and cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was just as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again!
