Après réclamation et notre insistance, nous avons finalement été remboursés. Mais l'annonce est toujours sur le site! 」

「This mountain boutique hotel is clean and the individual studio rooms have a fantastic old time charm. The courteous staff ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s location also made getting to the Valmalenco gondola a breeze. Daily breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Access to spa area available on request (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna). 」
