This was our favorite room in Italy. We liked the minimalist style of it and were happy that we actually had space to move around. Also, it’s very close to the train station. The reception was also very nice and easy to talk to and we enjoy the breakfast.

Excellent hotel for Bernini Express stopover

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay in a good location 5 mins walk from the train station. Modern and spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a very spacious room for our stay, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant owned by the same family was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended hotel and we would definitely stay again if we're travelling in the area.

New, modern and fresh hotel. Comfortable bed and good space. Excellent location. Breakfast on next corner cafe was good. All is friendly. Really enjoyed my one night stay here.

The hotel is in a great location in central Tirano. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - with unique neon signs over the beds. There are a few spots onsite to park and I was able to get one of those. Alessia on reception is extremely efficient and also very friendly. You get breakfast in a restaurant a short walk away. The breakfast is fine but I suggest cheese is served away from the meat for vegetarians like me. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant also. The staff are great, the menu is varied and they have a great selection of local wines. It’s great value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect for people going on the Bernina Train like we did. It’s also great value for money. I live in Northern Italy so will certainly stay here again when I next visit Tirano. Thanks again for making myself and my friend so welcome at the hotel and at the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Completeley new and comfortable. Nice staff. Delicious meals at the restaurant, very close to the hotel. Well located, close to the train station if hotel charges for late checkin (first time in my traveler life), it is important to mention at the boking time

Our room was so so small, no air conditioning or air flow. The hotel controls your room temperature asked countless times and eventually was told they had issues with the software/server and that we could just open the window to get air!!!! On the 1st floor, really?? I must give huge shout put to The young Lady at the front desk who was so pleasant and helpful. She made excellent recommendations on places to go and arranged reservation and ride to the amazing mountain top restaurant Osteria Roncaiola. She was so delightful!!

Great Hotel poor breakfast

The hotel, the room the staffs are great. Except the breakfast was very poor. We’re served with stale bread probably few days old bread that when you cut it, it just crumbled. The breakfast is very disappointing. The Hotel’s name was not visible from the street, but the staff was so kind to welcome us at the gate. Thank you.
