Small semi-detached house in a lush, quiet garden in the middle of the countryside.



The house is part of an original and lovingly converted barn in a small village and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. In the compact interior you will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation and the small, inviting house cleverly separates the bedroom and living room with a slight difference in height. You can eat outside in the well-tended garden and enjoy your time together.



Explore the countryside on foot or by bike, listen to the ringing of church bells and the mooing of cows in the picturesque little villages. If you are looking for a bit of city life, you can visit the towns of Autun or Beaune. The village of Chateauneuf-en-Auxois offers further experiences. If you are looking for more nature experiences, you should definitely visit the Morvan Regional Nature Park.

The property is sold on the large doorway in the middle, but you will have the room to the left. During the stay it was cold and raining, but it was not possible to turn on the radiators. The property appears to be overprized.
