「Desk girl locked herself out of Hotel as we arrived so had to wait with our groceries then charged us a full days parking as we waited outside with her then on day 2 the microwave took a dive and the hotel can’t do anything being a owner/host issue they never even responded about the issue but the ocean and waves didn’t disappoint us as it never does. Go ba come, I don’t think so.」

「This house was amazing! The pictures dont do it enough justice. We loved the openness of the living / kitchen area. Plenty of outdoor chairs/loungers and sunshades. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly think we needed for our time there. Plenty of towels and bedding. Very comfortable beds, good shower pressure. "员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
