The property boasts views of the garden, the beautiful Marche hills and a small lake. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests.

The spacious villa features 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the lake and a relaxing mini spa equipped with a hot tub, Turkish bath and sauna.
