“Amazing view of the ocean and beach from the room. Staff was very healthful even when the AC unit had to be replaced, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay.”

“I will never stay here again. I had a problem in which I got terribly sick from the food and all they offered was $10 off. When I had an issue, they were trying to hold my stuff hostage until I paid as if I ever said I wasn't going to pay. The food sucks too. Don't go here.”

The bathroom was spotless and looked amazing, with a great shower and very clean facilities. As a traveler from Canada, I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness and overall quality. There were no bugs or bed bugs, and the hotel was maintained to a standard that reminded me of a Marriott hotel. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and……

“There was monkey poop on my balcony which wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, the hairdryer wasn’t working but was replaced when i informed reception, and the worst thing was the extremely loud music and karaoke right outside my room until 11pm every night. Also at breakfast, the hotel had this weird system where you sit at table number of your room. There was no table with my room number so they would move me every morning, saying it was in case the occupant of the room showed up! But at least the……
