I really enjoy my stays at Emara Ole sereni. Everyone there is so friendly and the rooms are well kept, and I really enjoyed having a balcony this time. I can mention a few people who helped make my stay great: Peter Erick at security, Samuel, Lucy, Alex from the front desk, Brian, and Eunice from the shops, and there are so many more people at the hotel I cannot name. This is the only hotel that I stay at when I am in Nairobi.

Right from the beginning the staff was very welcoming. Hussein quickly took us up to our room after a long day of traveling and explained everything well inside of our room which had an outstanding view of the park. Peter, who isn’t even a direct employee of the resort, who is part of the security team that keeps everyone safe, always checked on us and gave us a friendly greeting when he seen us. He even helped when excursions were late and helped to translate to get the issues with the vendors that we hired. The restaurants and bars were very nice and the food was great. A couple nights we could hear the music from the Sky Lounge when going to bed but it wasn't a deal breaker.

It’s ok but not sure!!!

Nice hotel which is very secure with nice rooms. The food is good but really limited choice and quite expensive for what you actually get. Staff are nice and friendly but not the quickest! Rooms have nice views with comfy bed and bathroom. WiFi fast. All in, it’s a nice hotel but is it worth the extra cost? I’m not sure!!

I had not intended to book the new wing of the Ole-Sereni hotel but it was fine, just slightly disappointing. It's typically business/conference oriented. The restaurant is on an upper level restoring the dining view across Nairobi National Park which was lost in the original hotel. Convenient for the airport and well-appointed if a little boring.
