Bella Seaview apartments are situated inside the "108 Seaviews Diani" beach gated community estate, with 24 hour security.

The plot has a small garden is filled with 5 indigenous +/- 60yr old trees. Sea view through the trees, there is one row of houses in front of us. We are 100m from the beach, via a private pathway. You can walk onto the beach in 3 minutes from the house.

Close to Leisure Lodge Golf Course, various Scuba Diving facilities & Deep Sea Fishing expeditions. Longer day trips to Chale Island & Wasini can be arranged for you, or take a day drive up to the forest of Kwale & the Shimba Hills Reserve.

The 3 self contained Apartments are available to rent short or long let. Fully equipped for self catering with a chef & cleaner included in the price. You buy your own food & drink, chef there to prepare & clean up.

Each apartment is equipped with a 200cm x 150cm King Size bed with a overhead LG ceiling fan, mosquito net & curtains & 2 closets - one with hanging space & one with shelves. Each unit has an extra double bed in the unit for the 2nd & 3rd Guests.

We have a set of 4 x body boards you can use in the sea.
2 x yoga mats available. Beach tent for kids use.
Private Plunge pool for your own use exclusively.
No large gatherings, only registered guests.
Children over the age of 6 are welcome.

* You may bring small pets by arrangement first. Please clear this with me before embarking to bring them with you. Large breeds cannot be accommodated. Fur friends are welcome but must be pre approved.

House 8 at "108 Seaviews Diani" on the Beach Road.
There is a security check in point at the main gate, you drive down a brick road to the sea front & the villa is 2nd house to the beach front.
Bella Seaview is on G maps.

The 2 villas on the property are divided into 4 separate independent units & are situated inside a secure compound of 4.5acres with direct beach access.

The secure compound has 3 guards day, and 3 guards night. One at the sea front side, one in the middle & one at the main road gate. There is always one of them nearby. Your security is important here, we respectfully request that only registered guests visit & stay over.

The property has 6 indigenous trees that are over 60 years old, they make up the "Monkey Highway". We have visiting Vervet, Sykes & Colobus troops of monkeys who sit high up in these trees eating the leaves as part of their diet.

You are welcome to sit in the garden & enjoy the birds, butterflies & monkeys passing through the foliage. Do NOT feed the monkeys! Please leave the wild monkeys alone & they will leave you alone! If you feed them you are creating a Problem Monkey!

Each apartment measures 96m2 & is equipped to sleep couples very comfortably.
Children over 8yrs old are welcome (2 plunge pools on the property, not suitable for under 8yrs).

There are 3 rentable units on the property so you can stay in a group of families or friends, together but each has their own independent space. We can provide different sleeping arrangements depending on your needs,

Lounge - Double Bed for 2 extra adults
Or a Double size Bunk Bed - can be put in lounge for 2 extra adults or 3 children max
Other things to note
Our chef Nelson is hotel trained & has loads of experience. You can let him create your menu and you can add your favourite dishes to the schedule. Buy your own food & he will clean & cook it for you, or give me a shopping list & we can do the shopping for you.

Fresh fish, crabs, prawns & octopus daily from Omari the Fishman who brings his scale to weigh his fresh supply in front of you.
Binti our House Keeper is an excellent companion & will pop in daily to collect your washing & do it on site with our Bosch Washing machine. She also mops the floors & cleans the bathroom & the kitchen daily along with making the beds & changing any towels or sheets you might wish to freshen up.

We are conveniently close to everything, central Diani. Walking distance 10min to restaurants, walking is safe both on the road & on the beach & several hotels & restaurants & shops are very close by.

Day trips to Wasini Island Coral Gardens can be arranged, you will be driven there by Private car with your own driver & arrive to take a boat out to the Marine Park to snorkel around the tropical fish. If you are lucky you may encounter wild dolphins, turtles, rays & loads of variety of colourful fish & octopus.
