"5 stars is nowhere NEAR enough for this one of a kind stay. Dani is extremely accommodating and very communicative. She will arrange for taxi pick up if you get here by bus, or boat. The home itself has so much history and these wonderful little notes about the renovation process. Dani also was very good at explaining how everything in the house worked from appliances to water heating. We played Famicom for hours it was just too fun. Top Momoshima Hotel Reviews

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Fukuyama Ekimae

10/10 Excellent

Lemonsea Onomichi

8/10 Good

"A 10 minute walk from Onomichi station, area is a bit gloomy at night and no eating places nearby. Provides a mix of private rooms with bathroom and hostel rooms with shared facilities, this is not unusual in Japan. There is a bar and some breakfast foods with kettle in the room. No great on sound proofing but quiet generally from 10-630, say, so fine for sleeping on firm bed. Good value."

Fukuyama Oriental Hotel

8/10 Good

"A well-run business hotel with an onsite cafe where the breakfast is served. The single room was small, but I had a view of the castle in the distance. The breakfast was good. You can choose different types of pillows, and there is free coffee in the lobby. 3 minutes from the train station, plenty of restaurants nearby."
