“Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast.”

“Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof……

“This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. ”

“I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately it feels less like a hotel and more like a time capsule… and not in a charming, vintage way. Let’s start with the room: the walls look like they’ve gone a few rounds with a moving company—scuffed, marked, and clearly overdue for a fresh coat of paint. The TV is so small I’ve seen larger screens on desktop monitors, which made relaxing in the evening a bit of a squinting exercise. Now, the real entertainment: the symphony of noise. “Beautiful property and very helpful and friendly staff. Very thankful for strong air conditioning when getting ready for a wedding. The only downside was not having the ability to order food at the property. Since you really can’t walk easily to town I would recommend stocking up on some food for snacks.”

“If ever there was a hidden gem, this is certainly it. Tucked away in the Italian countryside about an hour NE or Rome, we found this inn to be just about perfect. The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows. From this beautiful Villa, we were able to drive to similar nearby villages and enjoy our first tastes of quiet, peaceful Italian ways of life. Do yourself a favor -- book it. Now!”
