Muy cómodo con un muy amable dueño

El apartamento está muy bien situado cerca de la zona residencial. Estaba limpio y era acogedor, con instrucciones de entrada muy claras. El propietario es muy comunicativo y muy servicial; se las arregló para atender nuestras consultas. ¡Una estadía genial y la próxima vez iremos a ver la piscina!

Muy buena elección para 4 personas

La localización es excelente al lado de la primera parada de la silla. El garage accesible por ascensor en el edificio es una maravilla, y tener piscina para las tardes se agradece mucho. El apartamento está ajustado en tamaño como todos los de Ski, pero para 4 es muy cómodo. Está limpio y cuidado, con muchos detalles para hacer cómoda la entrada. Muy recomendable.

Sierra Nevada stay

We had a good stay in the apartment. it is more for 4 persons, although we did squeeze in 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one child in. its really warm and cosy. double bed was comfy. other room has 1 set of bunk beds and a z bed in a small room. good views on the mountain and we had coffee, and necessities in the apartment. right next door to ski hire, & lift pass booth. lift to take you to the main lifts and pradollano square Would stay again with maybe 4/5 rather than 6 Very friendly owner with good communication

La casa esta perfectamente equipada y limpia. Resaltar que ha sido un detallazo encontrar cafe, aceite, azucar, papel higienico, articulos de limpieza y demás basicos de hogar... Muchas gracias todos perfecto.

Desastroso

El apartamento en sí está bien, pero no cumple lo que promete en cuanto a los servicios anunciados, en concreto el de la piscina/jacuzzi. Contraté este apartamento (y pagué de más frente a otros), precisamente por la piscina y el jacuzzi, ya que me hacía ilusión darles esa sorpresa a mi familia despues de esquiar. En ningún día de mi estancia hubo forma de hacer uso, sin obtener solución válida por parte del propietario. Que si mail para acá y para allá entre el propietario y la comunidad, y al final, imposible. Creo que todo se resume en que el propietario no asumía las normas de la comunidad, y estaba tratando de echarles un pulso, sin importarle lo mas mínimo su contrato y compromiso conmigo. En plena "crisis de acceso", llamé al propietario, y no dió la cara...ni durante, ni después. De haberlo hecho, me ahorraría esta valoración, a pesar de un "disgustillo tonto"...que me ha terminado por aguar las vacaciones. Aconsejo sin duda buscar otras alternativas.

Dice estar a 100 metros del telesilla pero ese no es el telesilla qué sube a las pistas.

No ha estado Mal, pero la casa es un Poco pequeña para 6 personas, tambien la informacion de qué hay un telesilla a menos de 100 metros es correcta pero! No es el telesilla qué sube a las pistas, ese cierra a las 5:30 Dias de semana y a las 8:30 el finde semana, tendreis q subir andando

Muy buena ubicacion. Estupendo el apartamento.

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Me gustaria destacar varios aspectos: La ubicacion (sabiendo que esta en la parte media de la urbanizacion) es buena ya que esta a escasisimos metros de la primera parada del telesilla. El apartamento incluye plaza de aparcamiento, y esto en Sierra Nevada es una gran ventaja; dinero que te ahorras de pagar un parking. La distribucion del piso esta muy bien para un grupo de entre 4-5 personas. Me sorprendio gratamente el gran numero de detalles que habia en el apartamento: aceite, sal, azucar; y capsulas para preparar cafe. Otra de las cosas a indicar es que dentro del edificio hay una piscina cubierta. Despues de esquiar da gusto poder darte un baño. En resumen, una estancia estupenda.

Bien situado y muy completo.

El piso está bien situado, a pie de la primera parada del telesilla. En el apartamento no falta de nada. Nos dejaron café en cápsulas, aceite , azúcar, etc. La calefacción funciona muy bien, la plaza de garaje fundamental, nos vino de lujo. Bien equipado. Con tele grande, wifi, guardaesquies, etc. La piscina no puedo valorarla porque no fuimos. Buena comunicación con los dueños. Muy amables. Fácil entrega de llaves. En resumen estuvimos como en casa ,muy a gusto, para repetir. Muy aconsejable.

Appartement pour famille

Bonne accueil l'appartement est agréable l'équipement et bien cependant il manque juste une machine a laver le linge car en été dans la station il n'y a pas de laverie ,Difficile a Grenade d'en trouvé une ! voir même impossible l'appartement est à 30 mnt de Grenade et a 25mnt de l'Alhambra 45minute de la mer ,1heures des célèbres village blanc ,Donc idéal pour vos vacances d'été, La Sierra Nevada offre de nombreuses balade et vous pourrez dormir au frais en été ! Nous vous conseillons donc cette appartement de nombreux commerce et restaurant sont ouvert il y a des activités descente de VTT ,piscine, location de vélo ,luge d'été etc..

Férias na neve excelentes

Gostamos muito de ficar neste apartamento, é ideal para uma família de 4 pessoas. A localização é excelente, e o facto de ter garagem ajuda muito. Estava tudo limpo, não faltou nada. Apenas uma pequena sugestão: se tivesse Wifi, seria ainda melhor! Pensamos voltar no futuro.

Just what we had expected.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. The owner, Carlos, was in frequent contact to make sure everything was right for us and agreed a late departure to allow a half day sking before leaving the resort. We enjoyed the living space in this appartment and felt very welcome in the building. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent.

Disappointing

First of all, I would like to say the owner is very accommodating and helpful and kept in touch by email throughout and returned the security deposit in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed in the property, it was smaller than I expected, I would say it was adequate but it was not a comfortable stay. The kitchen area is very small and not very well equipped if you want to cook every day. The apartment was extremely cold when we first arrived, and the first night we sat with blankets round us to keep warm! The TV is Spanish only channels, and my Spanish is not very good, so it would have been nice to have a DVD player or some other form of entertainment - no books or games supplied. The double bed in the main bedroom is a small double bed, and due to lack of space one person has to climb over the bed to get into it! It was very convenient to have the ski lift right outside the apartment block. This block is more suitable for young people, as we found it very noisy at night, I was woken several times by people coming back in the small hours of the morning, as late as 3.30am, talking very loudly, laughing and generally being very inconsiderate, we complained twice to two different apartments, one next door and one upstairs. I am not sure what the smoking rules are in Spain, but it was obvious that people smoke in the building which could plainly be smelt. The hot water tank is quite small and didn't supply enough hot water for the 3 of us in the morning. The apartment looks a bit tired and could do with some new dining furniture and sofas. We didn't use the pool, but had a quick look and it looked very nice and a very reasonable price.

Excellent stay

The location is perfect, 20m from the teleski lift, nice and clean residence, with a pool inside...I didn't saw Carlos during our stay but he was very helpful for everything. We hope to return to it next year!

Apartamento bem limpo a nossa chegada. Acesso com meios mecánicos muito próximos. Piscina agradável com jacuzzi, o preço de 5 euros foi perfeitamente aceitável e as minhas filhas (3 e 6 anos) não pagaram. Elas adoraram! O apartamento é óptimo para uma família de 4 pessoas. Dispõe de um guarda skis, o que foi muito pratico. Tenho de dizer que os donos são muito simpáticos. Esqueci-me dos meus oculos no apartamento e estes foram-me devolvidos pelo correio.

Apartamento limpo a nossa chegada. Acesso aos meios mecanicos proximos, o que foi muito pratico! Piscina agradavel com jacuzzi, o preço de 5 euros foi aceitavel e as minhas filhas (3 e 6 anos) nao pagaram. Elas adoraram!! Um apartamento ideal para uma família de 4 pessoas. Dispoe de um guarda skis. Tenho de dizer que o Sr Juan e o seu filho são muito simpaticos. Esqueci -me dos meus oculos no apartamento e estes foram-me devolvidos pelo correio. Obrigada!!!
