2 Bedroom Flat, Beach/Water View In Downtown Menton Next to Casino 1,020 sqft
- Best Location for the LEMON FESTIVAL!!!! Both balconies overlook the parade and is above all the stands.
It's a 2 large bedrooms flat with two bathrooms ,waterfront and beachfront WiFi Ready, and large flat screen TV. Next to the Casino in downtown Menton. Water/beachfront. Restaurant , coffee shops and shopping are below the home. Fantastic walk to the harbor thru the beautiful downtown area. We have a parking to keep you car safe. Great vacation rental. You really don't need your car unless you want to take day trips to Italy or near by towns like Monte Carlo or Cap Martin, Nice or Cannes.
If the property is left on poor conditions, we are going to keep a part from the Deposit as an extra cleaning fee.
