Apartment completely renovated in January 2020 in a small quiet condominium, located in a private lane, in a dead end. Separate entrance into a Mentonnaise town house from 1920.
Comprising a large bedroom with double bed, living room with convertible corner sofa, fitted kitchen and shower room. Large ceiling height.
Free outdoor public parking.
The sea and the beach are 900 m away.
The train station, the city center, the bus station, the taxi station are 10 minutes away on foot.
It is located in the Borrigo district.
Immediate proximity: Supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, florist, everything is doable on foot.
The Lemon Festival is 10 minutes away on foot and for the Nice Carnival you just need to take the train, 10 minutes on foot too.
