This air-conditioned apartment measures approximately 65m² and faces south. It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious living room with a dining table, two 140x190cm sofa beds and a TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American-style fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a conventional oven, and a stovetop, opening onto the approximately 50m² terrace. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a storage closet is also available. A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine is also available. A separate toilet is also available.
An additional, independent bedroom located near the apartment is available upon request. It can accommodate 2 people and includes an entrance hall with a storage closet, a 140 x 190 cm bed, a mini-fridge, and a bathroom with toilet.
Shared parking is available in the residence. Wi-Fi is included, and bed linens are provided.
Ideally located, a 5-minute drive from Monaco and the Parc des Oliviers, with direct access from the residence to the Chemin des Douaniers, which leads on foot to the beach (10 minutes), the train station, Le Corbusier's Villa E-1027, and the Monaco Country Club tennis court (40 minutes). Shops are nearby.
