“The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing.
Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.”

- Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant.
- breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good

- high level of humidity in the room.
- smell of humidity as well as mold
- the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap
- this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. ”
