“It’s a stretch to call this hotel 5 stars. It’s nice and the staff are very friendly but it’s outdated. The pool area is lovely. Service is friendly but terrible. You literally have to chase staff to get a drink or order lunch and they have an amazing ability to not make eye contact with you if you want something. They supposedly have pool area staff but again they had an amazing way of avoiding any service levels. Not enough to put me off returning but do not expect a 5 star hotel and be……

“Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.”
