「The VRBO was the perfect place to stay for our visit to the Normandy beaches (a quick 20 min drive away). It was clean & spacious & in a great quiet town! The grocery store was a short walk across the street where we could stock up on necessities and inexpensive pastries! Only complaint was the flies (just due to the beautiful gardens in the courtyard). The front door is hard to find because there is a green gate next to the house (the door is actually around back) but the hostess was outside in...

「Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in der Nähe von Caen. Einchecken verlief problemlos. Unterkunft war sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch stets höflich und produktiv. Die Wohneinheit ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Perfekt für uns als Paar mit Kleinkind.」

「Une vue magnifique qui fait du bien à l’âme. Petit studio au calme, bonne insonorisation tant intérieure qu’extérieure. Une semaine de fraîcheur fort, d’air iodé et de mer à perte de vue, fort appréciable en cette période de canicule sur le reste de la France… petit village au calme situé entre 2 villes plus « touristiques » que sont Courseulles et Arromanches… Et juste la digue à traverser pour aller se baigner ou faire de longues ballades sur la plage : que du bonheur ! 」

「We were touring WW2 sites. This was in an excellent location for seeing all the "beaches" and Caen. It was clean and comfortable. Particularly compared to the hotel we stayed at in Paris.The hosts were quick to answer any questions which was nice because France is different than the USA. 」
