At Strandhaus Jolu, you’ll find a spacious 5-room holiday home right by the beach, offering 130 m² of living space that can accommodate up to 8 people. The combination of modern architecture, a well-thought-out floor plan, and stylish furnishings creates a pleasant, cosy atmosphere—and your dog is also welcome here.

The bright living area, featuring a cosy couch, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace, is perfect for relaxing evenings. From here, you have direct access to the patio and adjoining garden. The open dining area harmoniously blends living and dining. The modern kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—complemented by a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. In addition, a washer-dryer is available in the utility room.

On the upper floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms—two with double beds (one of which has an additional TV) and another with two single beds. In the attic, you’ll find another open-concept bedroom with a double bed and an impressive panoramic window in the gable. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort, while the on-site sauna on the ground floor offers pure relaxation.

The property is rounded out by a terrace, a carport right next to the house, and free Wi-Fi.

The Jolu Beach House is located in the rural town of Lobbe on Rügen, just about 250 metres from the sea and a sandy beach. The peaceful surroundings and views of the countryside provide the perfect setting for relaxing days by the water. A restaurant is about 350 metres away, and the nearest public transport stop is about 400 metres away. Shopping options are located about three kilometres away. This means that beach walks, swimming trips, and a variety of coastal activities are all right nearby.
