“This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. ”

“My small family and I were excited to rent this home since we were coming to town for my father's birthday (who is passed away) . As soon as I booked the home I started receiving messages from the host questioning me on why I was renting her home and sending several messages about not having anyone else come to her home. I booked a week early and was messaged everyday about it up to the day I arrived. Upon arriving I felt so uncomfortable to be there, the 2 days we booked for, we literally went……

“The home was very warm and inviting, decorated for the holiday season, and very conveniently located! The fenced-in yard was very helpful for bringing our dogs and giving them a place to run and play!”

“Confirmation and instructions or timeline for instructions being provided by the host. We got the auto confirm from VRBO and the reminders from VRBO that our trip was coming up and we should be receiving instructions soon from our host. However communication from the host would have been appreciated or a response within 24 hours to our request would have been appreciated. The home was tidy but not clean. There was hair on the floors and in the corners of the steps. We also found someone……

“James was great! Very communicative and professional! The house was very well maintained and really clean! There were little details that made the stay even better. The rooms were very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. We had plenty of towels and black towels for makeup.I would definitely stay here again and would encourage anyone to do the same.”

“Host was welcoming the interior was fine although hand towels , hand soap for the bathroom and Kleenex would have made it a five. The exterior was a mess! Garbage in the backyard and vomit I. The yard made us go around the house thru cars to the front yard to potty the dogs. Not found until snow started to melt!”
