The heart of your home is the spacious, open-plan living area. The kitchen has a large dining table and is complemented by a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a fireplace. Two sets of sliding doors open directly onto a large private balcony, offering ample seating for outdoor dining, lounging amidst the breathtaking sea views, or stargazing the unobstructed night sky!

The house features two bright and airy bedrooms. One offers a comfortable double bed, complete with a dedicated workstation (desk and computer screen) for those needing to stay connected. The second bedroom features two single beds and includes its own en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms provide ample storage and benefit from external blackout blinds for restful sleep, letting the breeze in while keeping the sun out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, and all necessary pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for up to six people, ensuring easy meal preparation. The house also includes two modern bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower-over-tub.
