Experience the ultimate lakeside retreat at the Forever Young lake home! A 3 bedroom, 1 flex room, 3½ bath sanctuary designed to fulfill every aspect of your vacation dream! Located on the scenic Smith Mountain Lake, this home combines breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and a prime location to create an unforgettable getaway!
Main level living area has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Large windows and French doors showcasing panoramic lake views. After a long day out on the lake, relax on the cozy sectional in front of a soaring stone fireplace and TV. The den is located off the living room and is perfect for board games, chess, or puzzles. The home is also equipped with Sonos - start working on your playlist!
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with ample storage and island seating. The dining area has easy access to the deck through French doors. Deck is furnished with abundant seating, fire-table and a gas grill for outdoor dining.
Master bedroom is located on the main level, with ensuite, which features a gas fireplace and a large walk-in shower. French doors lead to the back deck.
½ bath and laundry room area also located on the main level. Laundry room is accessible through the exterior of the home and includes a 2nd full size fridge.
Upper level has a flex room with a queen bed and bunk bed. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with a shared full bath.
The lower level offers a GREAT SPACE for entertaining! There's a large game room with ping-pong, pool table, foosball, arcade games, dart board and board games. 100+ DVD library & Wii game system available.
Seating area with comfortable sofas, gas fireplace and TV.
One guest bedroom and a full bath also located on the lower level.
Covered patio with seating accessible through lower-level French doors. Impressive outdoor kitchen featuring ice maker, beverage fridge, gas grill & 80" TV! There's also a bed swing - perfect for an afternoon nap!
Gentle lawn leading to a private boat dock with party deck, floater for boat tie-up, lounge chairs, and a two-person kayak and 2 youth kayaks. The dock allows for a great space to relax, equipped with ceiling fan, lights and dock bar! Various sizes of life jackets available, but if you need one specifically, please make sure to bring it.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable.
