「Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

「Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous.
Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage.
Overall a great experience. 」

「An amazing hotel. It was beautiful and elegant. The food was delicious, though the portions were surprisingly small; we joked about it, especially since you need a good meal after a day of skiing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spa was well-equipped」
