“From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday.”

No me gustó que por estética el baño no tenía cortina de baño,.siempre estaba mojado y aparte el baño no tenia ventana, lo cual hacia un clima muy húmedo en la habitación.”

“Nice, cosy pool area! We really enjoyed our stay. Little bit far from the town, but we had a rental car for the whole week, so that didn’t matter us. Super nice sandy beach nearby, crystal clear wather, good for snorkeling (lot on fish near beakwater). Basic breakfast and very good food at the restaurant/bar. Areas best frappes! Great staff! If you want to go sleep early (before midnight) it’s better to use earplugs, cause music from the bar reach the room. Thanks a lot!”

“The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. “We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. The duvet cover even came with a hole. 1 of the dressing gowns also had a big……

“Literally couldn’t fault the place, amazing swim up room. But the food, terrible. Greek hotel serving pizza and spaghetti bolognese EVERYDAY blew my mind. Snacks, lunch and dinner! Cocktails were out of a machine too so not great. If the ‘Greek meze’ snack bar did Greek food and the restaurant used more than 3 ingredients it would have been perfect.”
