"No pool. Breakfast poor. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Denied Expedia rate because I did not pay on Expedia site and was told they don't have to honor Expedia pricing. The staff was dishonest when telling me that this was their policy at check in. "

"A very good hotel for the price considering it was rather dated from the outside, but it was fairly clean and comfortable inside. The town of Frederick is rather depressed as most of it is old and boarded up, so there is not much to do. I was there for three nights and only service I received in my room was trash being taken out and fresh towels. Bed was not made. Wi-Fi was virtually unusable as it was very weak. The manager showed me the Wi-Fi antenna on a telephone pole outside, but even at 50 yards from it, it was still very weak. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave and a very large 55 inch TV. Bathroom was very clean and no mold at all. Hot water came up very fast. Would recommend if it is close to where you need to go. Definitely would go back again if needed."

"Super clean room minus the base boards. Honestly hospital sheets would have been more comfortable our sheets and blankets were like sand paper and neither one of us slept."

"The bed was so terrible that I left the next day to find a different hotel. They were unaccommodating about that and even told me that if I wanted a refund that I needed to take it up with Expedia since it was booked through them. Expedia took care of it all though. Very happy about that. But if you care at all about getting a good night of sleep, don't book here. I might have had a better night of rest on the floor."

"Terrible. The photo for the room we booked clearly showed a tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It was 20 dollars more then the other rooms. We booked specifically for the tub and it was slightly closer to our destination then the other hotel with a Jacuzzi tub. Wee get the to the room, and it wasn't a Jacuzzi tub. Both the pool and hot tub were under construction, despite being advertised. The dude at the front desk was completely unhelpful , legitimely didn't know English and had to go a women to translate and saids they don't even have Jacuzzi tubs on the hotel. We wouldn't have went to the other hotel otherwise . And certainly wouldn't have paid 20 extra dollars had we known"

"All was very nice. Easy parking, bright and welcoming. Love the extra touch of an ice machine The lobby with all the media to watch. Plenty of room to just sit and play games and the Foosball tables.. plenty of complimentary coffee too! The breakfast buffet was very good as well and managed very closely. "
