“The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up……

“Répond aux attentes. Il faut bien comprendre que ce n’est pas un hôtel et donc, qu’il n’y a pas les services habituellement offerts dans ceux-ci. Mais c’est peu cher, très bien situé (le quartier a été pour nous un coup de cœur) et les chambres sont correctes et propres. Le seul gros bémol pour nous a été le grande manque de propreté de la cuisine commune. Les gens ne lavent pas leur vaisselle et laisse la cuisine complètement sale. Cela devrait être davantage surveillé.”

“I have just arrived home after staying at this accommodation for 4 nights. The rooms themselves are quite good, modern, small, clean, and have the bare essentials you need. The location is quite good with it being only a 1.5 to 2km walk to Temple Bar and other attractions. The street the accommodation is on has convenience shops and cafes which were really quite good. Things to consider when you stay here: It is essentially student accommodation so there are no frills. You will need to buy……

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“Good location to the city center and sightseeing spots. Room and bed is a bit small for 2 but quite well equipped with everything you need. A bit noisy to stay the room next to street. But very good restaurant just next to the hostel.”

“This is to give a heads up to other visitors. This is a College Dorm! We stayed in a dorm room with two bedrooms and two "bathrooms". The bathrooms are infinitely small and the shower doesn't have a basin so the floor gets all wet. It was clean, the location was great with plenty of parking. We only stayed for one night so it worked out great.”
