"The apartment is very nice (if a little run-down and stained) and well-located for the university. There is a lot of space, and the beds are very comfortable, although it is quite hot and there was only one fan. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fact that one bedroom was crawling with bedbugs. "This is far from a 'boutique' apartment! It felt like a converted cellar, with very cold and dirty flagstones that were loose and breaking up in places. The apartment wasn't entirely clean. The bed was made up with fresh sheets, the kitchen surfaces had been cleaned and the bathroom was clean. However some of cookware was filthy and there were lots of places that obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks with lots of dust and webs.
