Across from the sand with fabulous views and walk to all. Hans, Paulette and Sons are gracious, accomodating, responsive hosts. They are available, at will, while providing complete autonomy. “Lovely little spot. As listed, was clean, looked like people hadn’t had shoes on inside we left ours near the door, which made it feel cleaner & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Near sea streak to NYC. Great having washer, hardly used dryer would have been less if has access to washing line outside. Nice touch owner leaving a bottle of washing up liquid & large bottles of good shampoo for stay. Owner always on other end of email for any help required. Really nice place Really good holiday. ”

“Clean and perfectly located beach block location with lots of bedrooms for a large group. Owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to Asbury attractions. ”

“Pros: Clean, great location close to beach, spacious and quiet, tissues (I love these for makeup removal and just in general. Most rentals don’t have those for guests). Cons: chirping smoke detector upon arrival, smelled a bit musty and we had to close several windows upon arrival. Overall would stay again! ”
