Clean. Beds are very comfortable. Thats about it. Everything else was disappointing.

There are not any lake views to speak of, yes you can see water through the trees. Inside beams are made of reused 2x4's. Property outside was not kept up and or prepared for guest. Abandoned vehicles left on property, no access to water. No WIFI. Considering the price per night you expect more.
