On a working wine estate in the heart of the village of Monnières, 500 meters from the Sèvre River (fishing, hiking, canoeing, etc.), 8 km from Clisson and 20 km from Nantes, this typical gîte is attached to the farm buildings. Bed and breakfast rooms are available on site (total capacity 14 people).

Private parking is available on the property.

A separate, enclosed 100 m² private garden is not directly attached to the gîte (accessible via a path).

Ground floor: living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm that can be separated into two single beds + 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room, and separate WC.

Additional amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, portable fan, and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
