Matthew. I had spoken to him prior to arriving that I had a long drive to get to the hotel for a wedding that started before check in. He say they would try to have the room ready and it was. He was there to greet me. The room was cool but nice extra blankets were sent up. Cozy.

Check in was great, rooms are „dated” beds not that comfortable, the iron was damaged and burned a shirt. Temperature control was very temperamental - woke up in the night and felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. It was either full on heat, or full air conditioning - nothing in between. TV don’t work, and then realized that all the plugs were out!! So random. Breakfast was great, amenities and shuttle to Adamo was the bomb! Basically a mixed review….

The room was the main issue for the stay. - The bathroom was extremely basic- Cold water tap for the sink wasn't attached properly- poor quality toilet paper. The shower head is better at home than at the hotel, as is the water pressure and temperature. The water was luke warm, bordering on cold for the entirety of the stay. There was no boot holder for our soaking wet boots, making the floor wet as well at the entrance, which was very close to the bathroom. Also, had I known there would be a wedding during the stay, I would have come another time, as the children continued to make noise up and down the hallways well past the 11pm noise curfew. I will say the staff were very polite, both at the front desk, during breakfast, and dinner. I would come back for the spa alone, and stay somewhere else for less money.

Yes nice room. Helpful staff. We ste at Baboo Tue night and Cabin Wed night. Had an issue with luke-warm fries on a cold plate that came with chicken sandwich at Baboo. At buffet b.fast, again hot eggs & bacon, pancakes on cold plate not ideal. Easy fix. (heated plates for all hot foods go a long way to keeping them hot). We my return in the fall do l hope this comment goes somewhere. Thanks,

I love staying here. This time I was disappointed as I forgot my phone charger and die to the hotel not being updates there was no option to plug my phone cord into any outlet. When I asked the front desk he just replayed saying they have regular outlets and that’s all. I had to sit in my car at night to charge my phone .

Nice property and friendly staff. It wasn’t busy but seemed noisy…dogs barking in rooms, lots of noise from outside room late into the evening and again early in the morning. May only affect rooms on the ground floor but didn’t make for a great experience in the evening. Adamo winery was excellent!

Room was drab…bathroom was not clean …didn’t make up the bedroom when we were out and left dirty mugs in the room. Breakfast was cold .. staff at the front desk were unhelpful and had a poor and unhelpful attitude .. was not worth the money … the property has definitely one downhill under current ownership

Would be nice if they had a room with activities for older kids like pool/ping pong table etc. Spa is great. Its close to Toronto which is great and the food on the resort is very good but this place gets 3 stars because the room power tripped when the heater and hair dryer was on and the heater made a very loud noise. The front desk staff was brand new and didn’t know much about the resort.
