The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

Por primera cuenta llegamos 2 hr antes de la entrada y es entendible que no nos podian tomar pero anduvimos buscando quien nos atendiera por 20min, finalmente alguien vino y nos dijo que teniamos que esperar hasta las 3 pm. regresamos a las 3 pm y lo mismo nadie en la recepcion despues de 15 min ...

The location was quiet and scenic. The pool is beautiful and very large and Antonino was an attentive and friendly host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Additionally the property was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of character. We had a fantastic stay.
