“3 night stay at the end of May with partner visiting Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod as part of longer 7 day trip. Lovely hotel, beautiful to look at and very clean. Spacious room (room 5) although bathroom may not suit any gent over 5,8" as sloping roof makes standing whilst using the loo difficult. The host, Walt, was brilliant. Took lots of time to give us tips on attractions and how to get about the Falmouth and the wider Cape. On beach (unsurprisingly given the name !), 20 minute walk into……

“We loved our stay at the Town and Beach Hotel! Virginia, the owner, was so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and right in the heart of shopping and dining in beautiful coastal Falmouth. I was there on a girl's trip with a friend and the location was so convenient ~ just a 15 minute walk to the ferry dock where we departed for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. I would stay with Virginia again! ”

“Pequot Hotel was clean and great location (a block away from beach, several blocks from main street with restaurants and shops). The room we stayed (Middle Queen Room) was so tiny. It just enough to put the queen bed in. No fridge or microwave.”

“Hotel was the best location you could dream of. Walking distance from the ferry and bus stops,walking location, to the beach, dining and shopping districts. The park ,boardwalk and beaches were relatively close as well. The staff was very professional and helpful. 🌷They were beyond nice. The hotel is also very clean. The coffee in the lobby is the best way to start the day. We are very happy and will be back soon.”

“InnSeasons Harbor View is located right by the marina. The area is walkable to restaurants and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The "condo" was basically just a big room but both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. Linens and pillows were very nice. The fridge in our unit was very small but made ice well in a short period of time. There are many different sizes of……

“If you want a quaint, MV type motel, this is the place! It is adorable. We had a great view of the harbor and all the activities! The room was small but super clean and comfortable. Everything was pristine. There are great food options nearby. We ate at the Black Dog Bakery, ArtCliff Diner (great breakfast) and the Net Result. All served great food. The bus terminal is really close by for any transportation needs. Would definitely stay again!”

“I find it very clean and comfortable in a cozy sort of way. Small, older place with older furnishing's, within walking distance to beach. Very quiet this time of year, just the way I like it. The woman that lives on premises is very kind and accommodating and the owner is as well, even if I only commented with him via phone and tex. The place is undergoing renovations, so by summer it will be even better than better.”

“Very basic accommodations. Our family enjoyed our room. Very, very clean, great service, were able to get everything we needed easily, refigerator and microwave in good working order, bright lighting, bathroom VERY clean, and all room/bathroom accessories functioned well. Nice hot water shower. No frills but great place to sleep/rest comfortably in very clean room environment. Close access to many places with life necessities you might need. Close to restaurants open til midnight. Our family of……
