Lovely place a short walk from the Old town

Great little find a short walk from the oldtown. I was able to park in the side street it was free. The jet bath in the room was a lovely addition, nice and relaxing. Lovely roof top terrace that overlooks the sea and the old town. Hosts were great and offered suggestions for dinner. The room is big enough for a family. The coffee machine turns on at the top :-)

This property was beautiful and had the most stunning views from the terrace. It was also a lot more spacious than it looks in pictures. It was very clean and was within close proximity to grocery stores, conveniences stores, and beaches. Guiseppe was the most accommodating host I’ve ever had. Whenever we needed anything he would immediately get it for us and he gave us great suggestions for what to do in Monopoli. If you wanna stay in Monopoli definitely stay here, it’s the best property ever!

The apartment was very spacious for two of us but would have been fine for the four it could cope with. The decor is dated but perfectly adequate and the apartment has everything you need, little fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer and Aircon. The balcony is a great addition, providing excellent outdoor space with table and chairs and a view to the old city. Would definitely stay again. Many thanks

Very clean and nice room shower. Great area within 10 minutes of old town. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. LOTS of amazing places to visit a reasonable drive away e.g. Ostuni, Alberobella even Lecce LOTS of fab beaches nearby Like all Italian cities parking wasn't always so easy - but manageable.

Very nice B&B, fantastic cheap restaurant nearby

It was a positive experience. Tidy and clean B&B. The owner, Giuseppe was very kind. We arrived earlier than the chechin time, in the morning, the room was already ready and he let us occupy it. In my opinion it looks much nicer than in the pictures provided. I was positively surprised. There's even a washing machine in the bathroom and hanger on the terrace, just in case you need to wash clothes. The room is declared "smoking", and as we don't smoke I was concerned about it before but there was no smell, the place is clean, no problem. It's on 6th floor, there is elevator. Located not far from the trainstation and the main attractions. Breakfast was provided in a bar on the same street. Staff there was friendly, the croissant was very delicious. It was just small quantity, I asked an extra croissant and thought they were going to charge it but they didn't. For lunch or even for dinner we discovered a fantastic and cheap buffet-restaurant very near (it's called Gastronomia Via Roma), very delicious dishes for €3.50 or €5 (and no extra tax is charged, differently from every other restaurant in the region) You can even ask to pack the food for take away (it's clever choice to take it to the beach with the freely provided plastic cutlery). There's also a supermarket around the corner. Over all, we liked the accomodation. Recommended! And thanks for Giuseppe for being so friendly and helpful. (Bear in mind that Hotels.com provided his phonenumber wrong, without countrycode!)
