Domus Neptuni is a mezzanine apartment located in a very central district, less than 200 meters from the main square and from the downtown of Monopoli. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and it is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment consists of a living room with dining table and sofa bed, a kitchen with 4 gas burners, oven and fridge, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a toilet with washing machine.

The city beaches of Calette del Clio are far around 600 meters from the accomodation, the ones of Capitolo (hamlet of Monopoli) are far 7 km, while the ones of Savelletri (hamlet of Fasano) 14 km. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
